Type 2 can survive under a very restrictive diet and exercise regimen.
I can’t determine if the long term medical outcome is better living with insulin and a more normal lifestyle, or surviving without insulin, never having a slice of birthday cake, a sandwich, an Italian dinner, or even an unplanned lunch with co-workers?
