They don’t look like the cicadas I saw 17 years ago. They were yellow and fuzzy with black bands on their abdomens. Invaded a wedding being held on a big lawn.

There are different 'swarms' of cicadas on a different schedule. Some are 7 years................... ...Yellow Cicada................
