Yes, and destroys families. Every drug conviction this miscreant was involved in should be overturned. There is no way that knowing the MO of this creep, one could convict beyond a reasonable doubt.

“only” 3 cases? I’ve had drugs planted on me by a cop. Admittedly, they were my roommates and the cops just spread it around amongst whoever was there so as to get everybody on felony arrests. Had to get an attorney to pay them off (that was how things were done in Chicago back in the day). But it wasn’t mine, and they did do it.
Yeah, I was young and dumb ;-0
