A forthcoming government report on UFOs is fueling intense speculation among skeptics and believers. Now, with ultra-secret U.S. technology no longer a viable explanation for these phenomena, two extraordinary theories appear to be in play.
According to Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), a foreign government may have achieved “one heck of a technological leap” and is operating highly advanced aircraft in restricted American airspace. Alternatively, as some intelligence officials and analysts speculate, U.S. military personnel may have witnessed “non-human technology” that defies the laws of physics.
As observers grapple with these possibilities, clues are beginning to emerge that a leading theory for the military’s UFO encounters – advanced Chinese aircraft – is increasingly unlikely.
For one, the South China Morning Post recently revealed that China has established its own task force to analyze unidentified objects appearing in its airspace. Beijing, like Washington, appears to take these phenomena seriously.
Moreover, Chinese analysts are reportedly so “overwhelmed” by UFO reports that China’s military is now relying on artificial intelligence to assess such incidents more efficiently.
Make no mistake: These revelations are not accidental. Opaque, authoritarian states such as China do not simply volunteer information about glaring national security gaps on a whim.
This raises two possibilities. Either China is engaging in an elaborate disinformation campaign, or it is genuinely perplexed by phenomena it cannot explain.

Well, one thing is certain. If the Chicomms had such technology they would have already used to to conquer the world.
“Folded space and time”
I hate it when people try on space and time and then just throw it back on the shelf in a crumpled pile.
I’d bet if the Chinese had that technology we would have been invaded already.
That's a helluva 'software problem'.
If China had that capacity back then, surely some off-shoot of that technology would have been used since that time.
But China is still trying to catch up on their aircraft carriers.
Why bother with aircraft carriers if you have drones as big as an F-18 that can fly at 15,000 mph and zoom from 80,000 ft. to sea level and then go underwater in a matter of seconds?
It is probably that wily Putin. Or maybe those clever Indians. They always thought they were so damned smart.
“Any video of a UFO that is defying the laws of physics is suspect.”
Well, none of the videos actually seem to show anything of the sort, since they lack landmarks or other things that could give us perspective, and help to rule out odd camera movements/refocusing, etc.
I folded space and time once.
Wound up with a very unorthodox green box kite that spoke perfect punjabi.
The upcoming report will be signed by the Secretary of Defense as is required by federal statute signed into law by Trump last fall. It’s not allowable to lie to Congress (nor a Court) on the premise of ‘national security.’
We have no way of knowing exactly what the report is going to say as the NY Times is not a reliable source. But, if that report says it’s not our technology, it’s not our technology.
Perhaps they probed l’il Marco during a foam party.
Once you word the phrase...’does not comply with known laws of physics’....it doesn’t lead to too many alternate theories.
Gasp!! Do you mean settled science is not settled after all?
More Chins than a chinese phone book. Rodney.
What’s a phone book?
We know as much about these things as we knew in 1947.
Which is nothing other than whatever we make up to fit our personal fantasies.
We don’t have them and sine China steals its technology from us ...
After spending $70 million bucks per jet, the least we can expect is clear photos and videos.;-)
The eye witnessed accounts of Navy Pilots David Fravor and Dietrich say otherwise.
Kind of like .... which came first ? Space or Time
Since everyone is focused on the US, Russia or China, they are totally ignoring the advancements in aeronautical engineering that is taking place in Tuvalu right under their noses......
We got the Hubble telescope and the Casini camera tech but no one can seem to get anything but grainy photos of trash can lids?
i stand corrected... but still, then what?
