Has this bill passed the legislature and signed by the governor? My understanding is a bill is not yet the law until all signatures are received.

On another point, I have read many news clips of the governors pro-cruise industry agenda. It makes no sense for him to take a stand which will kill the cruise business in Florida.

Thanks for the link, but I never read any 1190 line document since graduating from college.

He's reported to have signed the bill May 3. I think some of the confusion stems from his earlier executive order, essentially the same, not a law. That's how governments should work.

I can't explain how that is consistent with a pro Cruise stance. The vaccine regulation, to the extent it's a concern, only applies to boarding the ship. As I noted in an earlier post, what happens to any other form of transportation, train, truck airplane which requires a vaccination. Are they banned from Florida? Doesn't make any sense that there wasn't any flexibility.

As to the "passport", really just have to read the three lines I linked. Reporters don't read what they report on either, that's why they all use the inaccurate term.
