Bennett was ordained last year, making history as Nashville's first queer female Evangelical Lutheran pastor. At her ordination, she wore high-top rainbow Converses. There was a gospel choir, along with nuns dressed in drag.

Translation: All beliefs and ideologies are the same, make up your own idea of God and it’s OK.
“Even if you let go of God, God has not let go of you”.
Translation: Do what you want in life, sin has no consequences cause , well, you’re loved.

exactly. just because God may not have let go, does not mean He is the slightest bit pleased with them about their choice, repeated choice to act in ways outside His best ways for people (His creations) to live to their God planned full potential.
Well, that’s true. God has not “let go” of them, unless they want him to. But He has standards of behavior for all of us. Don’t steal stuff, don’t screw your neighbors wife, don’t eat like a pig, don’t gossip, don’t drink till you fall down, etc, and one of those is don’t “have sex” with someone of your own gender. Those laws benefit us and everyone else when we follow them.
That pretty much sums this nonsense up.
Unfortunately, repentance is a word seldom heard anywhere.

There are faithful Biblically conservative Lutherans left as in the LCMS. The ELCA went down the broad road of apostasy years ago. I wish they would stop calling themselves Lutheran. They are not.
