Good Berry Clifford found his boat before the seal infestation. Barry Clifford discovered the wreck of the treasure laden "WHYDAH" in July 1984, just north of Marconi Beach, Wellfleet Mass. (Cape Cod)
So Barry had plenty of time to retrieve the treasure and artifacts and start a Pirate Museum on Cape Cod, since the white shark infestation in that area didn't start until about 1984.
I'll bet many Freepers have visited that Pirate Museum. -Tom

Got to make a date correction; in the above post I said "since the white shark infestation in that area didn't start until about 1984." That should read 2004 instead of 1984.-Tom

Its a seal infestation. Not a white shark infestation. I noticed you took the time to declare your pov. Why not. Or maybe it’s a tourist infestation. Either way, the most opportune predators are the ones turning it into a money making scheme.
I grew up on that beach. I know the water we’re talking about.
