Do you know how HARD it is to get actually convicted of a felony? You have to get a bunch of actual felonies written down to misdemeanors by the D.A. first, then go on to a string of really horrific and newsworthy felonies before the book is thrown at you.
So how many black men REALLY commit felonies? HALF?
