For reference, he's citing an email to Fauci from Feb. 22, 2020, including a report that the CCP was sterilizing currency from Hubei Province. It's a short video, 4:25 in total; watch it (I'm not transcribing the whole damned thing). Or don't.

This is an interesting video clip, particularly about 2:1n when they mute Kassam when he cites "We think this virus might be complexed with [muted]..."

Anyone have thoughts on what they muted out? And thoughts on "Why?"
