Like leaving USB drives laying around with malware on them.
IIRC that's what happened to Iran's centrifuges a few years ago.

I had read that all/most of the Iranian nuke facility employee's personal machines had been hacked and the malware would be transferred to any USB inserted into the personal PCs. If an employee copied family pics or recipes or whatever to show people at work the malware jumped from the infected thumb drive to the work PC.

Very clever, those students of human behavior.
