2 things to note. It's hockey, so most are likely Canadian, with a couple of Russians for good measure. Second, they're athletes, and seconds from the start of a game. They are 110% focused - they wouldn't achieve this level in the sport if they weren't.
While they know it's going on, they may not "actually" hear the Anthem. Too much energy and adrenaline.
I do not blame them at all.

Since it’s hockey, maybe those players are Canadian? These days I’m just glad if they stay standing and look respectful!
