Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

From what gov Abbott -said-, the law applies to people recieving service from, or entering, a govt or business location.
“any other vaccine info” could mean the shots themselves, since shots and cards/records go hand in hand.
and anyone entering could include the employees as well as the patients.
This DOES apply to doctors offices and hospitals; they won’t be able to deny people service because they can’t or won’t provide vax info.

P, I know you’re in the wrong Dakota, but maybe on your way back, you could see the Corn Palace. When the fam and I went there (1993?) I had to choose between another half day in DeSmet, paying homage to my beloved Ingal’s family, or the Corn Palace. Natch, I chose Laura and her kin (needed some fashion hints, Bagsster!).
And when you do (or did you already? Surely Mt. Rushmore is on your list of things to see) see if you can see that darn Indian on the mountain. During my escape phase (2015) I paid $15.00 just to PARK at the gift shop, and couldn’t see the Indian on the mountain. The gift shop was AWESOME awesome awesome! The history/cultural info is amazing. Also, some pretty badass guns!
