The courts will rule that CDC has no authority to regulate commerce. This will ensure that for future Chinese-sponsored pandemics the politicians will not have the CDC to hide behind. A problem with court decisions is "time" and Cruse Lines, deeply in debt, don't have time on their side.

The courts will rule that CDC has no authority to regulate commerce. ROFL!! The courts ruled that Obamacare was a "tax" after they re-wrote it.
The courts also refused to hear arguments during the 2020 elections that some states violated their own Constitutions allowing bureaucrats to change election rules.
I place zero credibility in our court system anymore. Anyone who does embarks on a fools errand.
