Looks like the case may be able to be made. They have the pcaps (packet captures) of the election in real time.
It's like having a video of a bank robbery.

Um, no, the Roberts corruption is permeated the court to such a stench that they are ignoring we the people as serfs.

That’s because not enough of we the people are standing up to be heard.

“He’s still going down the China did it route when we know most of it came from here.”
That’s true, and everybody knows it. But if he can manage to point the finger at China, it give SCOTUS an easier rationalization to rule that there was fraud than if he focuses on the RATs. In truth, RAT and China are the same thing.

Where did he get this info?
Space Force, maybe?
To: old curmudgeon
“Where did he get this info?”
He has stated many times that he has insiders (government white hats) working with him secretly. And many others, too.

Where did he get this info?
Most likely, someone from the NSA, a real whistler blower pissed off at his boss for covering things up. Another possibility, is that they have the data given to the Italian court in Naples by Arturo D'Elia. Those two possibilities aren't mutually exclusive, and would complement each other nicely.

Until he releases the data publicly, it’s just made-for-video ‘schtick.

“Where did he get this info?” My question exactly.
What was the physical capture point for the pcaps? Where was the tap (physical or logical) installed? Was this done from a node router?
This level of data is not impossible to collect, but it does leave questions as to how it was done.

b. What the hell is the strategy to get the SC to hear this? Lindell says to send this to everyone. Under our cancel culture and social media suppression, no way this gets traction. The only way to get traction is massive action with an influential coordinate to get people to act.
The strategy is a petition for a writ of quo warranto. By statute, it should be filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. That could be appealed to SCOTUS, or once filed, somehow removed through a writ of mandamus, or certiorari. However, if a state wants to file a petition for a writ of quo warranto, constitutionally, SCOTUS should hear the case as it is its original jurisdiction. So one or more state AGs can file it there.

The video IS releasing the data to the public. What folks like you want is for him to give away what he has so it can be picked over and lies formulated about the data, to soothe your dead soul that there really wasn't any crime and the election was just impugned because Trump lost.
'Someone' had the foresight to record all that raw data so it could be deciphered after the fact. That bothers people like you ... but whoever did record the live data is a level of patriot you can never approach.

Thanks so much for all the clarifying you take the time to give to us. You answered a big question on my mind of how this truth can become a tool for righting a very perilous ship of state.

That bothers people like you ... but whoever did record the live data is a level of patriot you can never approach Please be intellectually honest about this. You're doing the same thing that climate scientists did when they did not want to give up their data and programs based around the "hide the decline" dishonesty of a few years ago.
The video isn't the evidence. The video at the most can be looked as an Executive Summary.
The underlying data needs to be part of any discussion and available to review. Especially so, as others are essentially advocating it to be used as the basis to return President Trump to office and remove the current President.. That means the conclusions the video reaches better be spot on.
What application is used to generate the data we see flying by the screen in the video?
What OS was the app running on, orders it run on a dedicated appliance? If so, which appliance? Version?
Where were packet captures taken from specifically - Internet Exchange Points? If so, which ones?
What filters in the app were used to generate the data shown on the screen?
I want the data made public so ALL can look at the data. If this is the slam dunk that Lindell claims it is, then others should see the same results when using the same filters that Lindell's team used.
Otherwise Lindell is no better than Jovan Pultizer - epic level 'jackassin with no public access to all the data used as the basis for their claims.

The entity which could capture this volume of data is the NSAMaybe, maybe not. If they had packet captures enabled at the router for the central reporting site, you could probably get what they are talking about. Normally though, you wouldn't be running pcap on a production router unless you were troubleshooting something. They take up a fair amount of space, if you have a lot of network traffic.
That's not saying that the NSA couldn't snoop this data at one of their pinch points, but a local source is more likely.

Here’s the problem: What is the legal mechanism by which this is going to have any effect? The constitution defines the powers of the Supreme Court just as it delegates the running of elections to the States. Under what constitutional basis would the Supreme Court ever agree to hear whatever Mike Lindell wants them to hear? There is a process by which SCOTUS decides which cases it will hear and they reject certori all the time. They won't even look at the evidence. They'll just say, "this case is moot", and dismiss it.

I need more than essentially “Trust me” from Mike Lindell. So everytime this comes up from Lindell, I’ll be calling out his lack of transparency for failure to release the data. to the public. Sorry that triggers you so, but you better get used to it.
