Why Am I Now Always Having To Be Told It's "No Problem" For You, Whenever You Do Something For Me That's Actually Your Job, And Is What Someone Else Is Paying You To Do?

Why are you THANKING someone for doing something for you that's actually their job and someone else pays them to do?

"No problem," or "anytime," or "forget about it" is a polite response to a "thank you." If you don't want to hear the response, then don't trigger it by saying "thank you."

actually my mother in law would not say thank you- “why should I thank you for something you should be doing, anyways?”

Yes let's banish saying "Thank you" in public, since it now triggers demonic idiotic replies from the newly annointed. BTW, your screen name is most fitting. Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
