It is by area in So. Cal. You might shave a penny or 2 off but that is the best you can hope for within a 10 mile area or so. It does flow so you MIGHT be able to drive a somewhat short distance but it is unlikely.

I assure you Mendocinans do NOT have that option (I have been there). It is going to be within a nickel for the entire area.

It’s quite isolated, with Ft Bragg being the closest town, and it’s isolated too. Gas is probably $6 there too.

Where I live, the closest different gasoline price is 35 miles and a mountain pass away.

$1.529/litre CDN for a metro area of 400+K people.

That's about $4.70 usd/usg.
