I’m surprised the cops / DA followed through with filing false report charge.

I have video of 3 violent felonies against me but the cops chose to arrest me for resisting arrest because I was so upset.

Well the idiot called it in and gave conflicting stories of what happened and the cop was just trying to find out who was telling the correct story; my video/sound recording settled it; not sure how much follow up they'll do - maybe just scare him.

Thing is, he could just have chalked it up to a dumb blond and kept going but he wanted to be some sort of macho a** and have it out.
