Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler’s divorce has reportedly hit a roadblock.
The former NFL quarterback, 38, is said to be seeking half ownership of Cavallari’s lifestyle company, Uncommon James, TMZ reported Saturday, citing sources, as the brand was launched during their marriage.
Cavallari, 34, meanwhile, is said to believe that she doesn’t owe any part of Uncommon James to Cutler, alleging that she funded the business, which sells jewelry, clothing, and home goods.

Seems like it ought to be marital property regardless of who funded the business specifically. If she was living in a house he bought and driving cars he bought that’s why she had enough money to start a business. Any lawyers on?

Jay Cutler was the best 8-8 quarterback in NFL history. His long-term contract with the Bears was the reason I stopped following the Bears and stopped watching the NFL, long before the rest of conservative America gave up the NFL.
The girl must be his ex-wife.

Could be worse. I’m a Rams fan, and we spent lots (draft/money) for Sam Bradford, who would go 2-2 before a season ending injury. I always theorized that the Bears purposefully picked qbs with a low ceiling or just strange picks to show they could win on defense and toughness alone (Avellini, Drunkenmiller, Grossman, and yes McMahon).
