I have proposed this Act because I fear that both Joe Biden and John Roberts are being coerced and I believe that we should not have a country run by blackmailers.
SECTION 1
(1) The Congress of the United States declares that it necessary and proper to prevent top United States constitutional officers while in office from being blackmailed due to certain violations of state or federal law.
(2) The Congress of the United States declares that it necessary and proper to try to prevent the selection process for top United States constitutional officers from being untimely waylaid due to certain violations of state or federal law.
SECTION 2
(1) No civil or criminal prosecution of persons made eligible by Section 3 may be initiated after the associated time limits of Section III, for:
(a) controlled recreational drug substance possession/activity,
(b) sexual-related activity involving any person under age 17,
(c) sexual-related activity not covered under subsection (b),
(d) criminal pornography possession/activity,
(e) unlawful tax-related activity, including but not limited to fraud, non-payment or failure to report,
(f) other matters chiefly or entirely of a financial nature, or
(g) mere failure to properly disclose a relationship with a foreign person or entity.
SECTION 3
(1) The following persons shall be protected under this Act, after the time specified in this Section,
but not in any case of Section 2, subsection (b), while the person criminally violated remains under age 18,
if the criminal violation occurred while the person was less than 16 years of age:
(a) any person nominated to the Supreme Court, thirty days after nomination,
(b) any person now serving on the Supreme Court, thirty days after enactment,
(c) any person having won at least three state presidential primaries after 2020,
and having gotten at least 1 million votes in total therein,
thirty days after such primaries,
(d) any person who assumed the office of the President of the United States after the morning of January 20th, 2021,
having been officially placed into said office, after taking the oath of office required by the Constitution, and
(e) any person who is a sibling of a person of subsection(d) or directly related to a person of subsection(d) by blood, marriage or civil union, after the time specified by subsection (d).
SECTION 4
This Act shall not any in way prevent the collection by typical means of any common tax itself.
