You gotta love how they always use the word “New” for something that’s always been around.
Just because you never seen something doesn’t mean it a new species or that it evolved all of a sudden.
Just call it a never seen before frog....
Like the phrase “New and Improved!” in advertising.
If it’s ‘Improved’ then it can’t be ‘New’.
And
If it’s ‘New’ then it can’t be ‘Improved’.................
