But there is NO WAY that would ever happen for Trump. You can bring proof all day long. It’s not a scotus issue although the Dems will make it one - if the counts are provably wrong the secretaries of each state MUST decertify the elections and if not them then the GOP controlled legislatures can.
At the very least the states can hold new interim elections. The Dems will be the ones to drag it to court as unconstitutional - That the House and Senate already chose and no votes can be retaken.
I sincerely doubt President Trump has said anything of the sort.

No, I don’t think Trump is going back to the White House before 2024, but it alarms me that so many people scream “NO LEGAL WAY FOR THAT TO HAPPEN,” when there’s ALWAYS a way for things to happen. Just ask the democrats. The LEFT finds ways (both legal and illegal) for anything to happen that they want to happen and then the RIGHT does nothing because they assume there’s no legal way to counter the illegality. We are in unchartered territory that is not perfectly addressed by the existing legal process for elections. Georgia is doing an audit and some Senate officials there have already said they WILL switch out their congressional candidates if the audit warrants it. In my opinion, it remains to be seen what happens if the audits disclose massive fraud in the presidential election.
