Yes this is legal wishful thinking.
Based on ignorance of the justice system, people expect that their natural justice ideas are served by that system.

Presidents serve until replaced.

Can you point to any law to support that claim? Because I certainly can't find it in the Constitution:

Article II, section 1: "The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years. . ."

Amendment XX, section 3: "If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified..."

Pursuant to that last clause, Congress has enacted 3 U.S.C. § 19(a)(1): "If, by reason of death, resignation, removal from office, inability, or failure to qualify, there is neither a President nor Vice President to discharge the powers and duties of the office of President, then the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall, upon his resignation as Speaker and as Representative in Congress, act as President."

Nothing in any of that about a President serving "until replaced," or a prior President continuing to serve beyond the end of his four year term if his successor fails to qualify.

"It's not a coup if the election was stolen."

That's quite right!

Although the Legislative Branch has declared via the January 6th Electoral College vote (there's one reason the Deep State has gone nuts about a falsely claimed insurrection) Biden to have won and the Judicial Branch's general refusal to hear the merits of any contest of vote tallies, The military has their own oaths to the Constitution to keep. Those do not simply and necessarily fall in line behind the Congress and Judiciary if the military, in weighing all merits of the evidence, determine the election--for example--was actually won by Trump.

There are clear indications that the US military doesn't accept Biden as their Commander in Chief.
-- Biden had to fly to DC in a chartered jet on inauguration day.
-- the traditional 21-gun cannon salute on inauguration day was exchanged for the salute protocol for a visiting foreign dignitary.
-- Biden's security detail is as consistently accorded to a former Vice President, not as accorded a sitting president. He augments his security with local police (particularly DC Mayor Bowser's) and private security that typically lack the military's spit and polish of--for example--patent leather.
-- Despite the media's use of the "Air Force One" and "Marine One" terms and even the occasional use of military aircraft, Xio's aircraft are not designated with the callsigns "Air Force One" or "Marine One."
-- We have seen Nancy Pelosi trying to wrest control of the nuclear football for Xio, even before the inauguration. It hasn't worked, and Cheyenne Mountain is closed to the Biden Administration lackeys.
-- Intel agencies across the globe see that there there is both a US President and a US Commander-in-Chief that is not Xio Biden.
-- Xio and Hunter knows that it was not for naught that the Chinese forked over $1.6B to Hunter, which translates to 10% ($160M) for the "Big Guy." What the Chinese got in exchange for that filthy lucre will be grist for a Gitmo court if it hasn't already. Hint: it wasn't pay-for-play introductions.
-- Months ago there were already Biden Administration (think "Circleback") miscues regarding military action. In Syria, for example, Biden seemed quite "disconnected." This was downplayed by the media, of course.

“Presidents serve until replaced.”

Nope:

“The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.

He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years” Article II, Section 1

And if an election is not held or the (S)election is a fraud?

President Donald Trump is the only legitimate President of the United States until the next legitimate president is elected.

No, once a President’s term expires, they are not the President anymore. Doesn’t matter if a successor is elected or not.
