Wood-fired pizza. Mmmmm. My buddy buys his flour from Sicily (he said it does make a difference), mastered the Old World way of making the dough (right down to the type of yeast), then got himself an Ooni. He said he’ll starve before he’d ever buys a frozen pizza again.
