I didn’t know I had a twin brother. Munching on pistachios right now.
Yes, we eat Keto so about half of these foods are out.
Also, I recommend duck eggs if you can get them. Their nutritional profile is a little richer than duck eggs and they taste it.
Carbs carbs carbs - no thanks
I don’t mind government providing useful information, ad long as it doesn’t regulate people into following the information.
The Chileans, for one?
Yeah, the product placement promos are numerous.
And farmed salmon (gross) does NOT help oneβs omega 3s, only wild salmon.
Steak is wonderful. Read “Wheat Belly,” by William Davis, MD. I gave up wheat and my ldl cholesterol went down 40 points in a month. Weigh 118 pounds. Potatoes (with butter)are a basic food group at my house. Fish, meat, veggies including potatoes, some fruit, mostly gorgeous organic blueberries from Kroger, and ice cream now and then. Mostly now. Forget the cookies and cake. And beer. Red wine is good for your heart.
They mention the ‘fear of mercury’ with ‘other’ salmon...but, fail to mention the antibiotics given to farmed salmon.
Funny that.
Guess again.
Because of a mast cell disorder in which food is my big trigger, I virtually live on oats. Twelve years and counting.
These folks have no idea what they are talking about. Oats do not have the staying power they claim.
In one book (I don’t think it was Wheat Belly) the author called beer liquid bread.
Glad I don’t care for beer....or, bread!
Well said.
We drink a bottle of champagne every day. I am an old man and swim 4 lengths under water on a single breath 36 foot length. Not to forget great outdoor music every day.
“...wild caught salmon...eating one as I type”
I had wild shot buffalo for dinner.
Lolol...i was careful to eat just one along with all the other things they said to do...i also used pears and the juice.
But i was prepared to eat more gummies if necessary
It must be that the *Chilean* sea water washes off the antibiotics, haha.
This is the new paradigm, another trick to get you to click, read and view ads. This site is everywhere. It has catchy topics that make you want to read but when you do the story line takes forever to get to the article’s intent. Meanwhile you are bombarded with ads that cannot be turned off. Just another day in the internet age. And who says what is on your screen is true? Eat, live, and be happy.
How did he look in formal dinnerwear?
A twin brother yes. We were separated at birth.
Avena and protein powder? How about sticking to real food? Bacon, eggs, potatoes, cauliflower, steak, chicken, seafood, etc.?
