When I think of Utah local cuisine I think of the fry sauce, a mix of mayo and ketchup. That area of I-15 cuts through a corner of Arizona in a beautiful canyon. I knew a lady who would try and hold her breath for the brief ride through Arizona.

YUM YUM SAUCE

Best French Fry dip EVER

Ingredients
▢1 cup mayonnaise
▢2 Tablespoons tomato paste
▢1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
▢1 teaspoon paprika
▢1 teaspoon garlic powder
▢1 Tablespoon Sugar
▢1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
▢salt and pepper
▢2-3 Tablespoons water

Instructions

In a small bowl whisk the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, tomato paste, paprika, garlic powder, sugar, butter and salt and pepper.
Add water as needed to get the desired consistency.
