That is not correct. India is 4 times bigger population than United States, and percentage of Indians vaccinated is less than 1/10th of USA because India just can not afford 1200 million vaccines.

This is not true. The only vaccines on offer in India were not the vaccines offered here. India used three very sub-standard vaccines, which are completely different from the ones we used here in the USA.
