The Indian police should have at least "tuned them up" a little...

DorseyIdiot and company have lost their collective minds.
Imagine a social media site telling a country what to do using BS lines like ‘freedom of expression’.....which is rich coming from them given they do not respect the freedom of expression of say one Trump, Conservatives, etc., etc., etc.

Yo, DorseyIdiot and Twitter: GTFO!

This is a good nationalist issue for some Indian politician to grab on to

Be careful Twitter or you’ll have a mob of 10,000 arriving to burn your office.

Twitter: “We make the most profit from these “expressions”.

LOL!

And the media- which also makes the most profit from “these expressions”- backs them up.
Money, money, money.

Messaging pretty much matches the CIA’s - as expected of a major US intelligence contractor like Twitter (and Facebook, Google, et al...)

If it appears on Twitter, it's manipulated media, because that's the definition of Twitter and what Twitter does.

In India, you can pay to organize a right-wing (or at least religious/nationalist) fundamentalist mob just as easily as Soros etc can organize Antifa and BLM in the US. But the way the Indian Govt has smartly written these rules to protect its country, the mob may not be needed - far more likely Twitter will be litigated or investigated to the point of bankruptcy.
