About ten years ago or so, when I worked somewhere else, a number of women were complaining about strange menstrual cycle stuff going on, such as heavy, long periods that came on less than 28 days after their last one.
I seem to recall that at the time a number of people were getting the flu shot, which was given out at work, because the incentive part of the health plan changed such that one could earn points for getting a flu shot toward the $300 in rewards one could earn by doing this, that or another thing or having a healthy weight, etc.
