To get a defendant’ from one state to another, you have to get a governor’s warrant. Gov of NY has to ask gov of Fl to release the defendant Fromm Fl custody to NY. Defendant has to be in CUSTODY of Fl in order to make the defendant available to Ny. No defendant in custody, no can do. As long as trump stays outta Ny, and it’s not a federal warrant, no prob.

Do you remember when the fellow from "We Build the Wall" was arrested? It was part of the ongoing New York persecution of Team Trump, as Bannon who had almost nothing to do with the charity was also arrested as part of it.

Because in that case the court in New York didn't wait for Florida to do anything, they sent 15 agents of the New York US Postal System Inspectors to arrest him in Florida. (And yes, I get that SDNY is Federal, not State - but still the whole cabal up there in New York is working as one to bring down Trump, process and rules be damned!)

US Attorney To War Hero Brian Kolfage: “We Did You A Favor By Not Sending FBI Agents To Your House To Raid It!”

IT would be foolish to expect the scumbag AG of New York to follow established rules for dealing with common criminals in a case that will make her bones with the Leftist elite.

Since when do postal inspectors from one state cross borders and go en mass to arrest someone in another state?

I'm sure there are plenty of other rouge State and Federal Agents willing to do dirty work for the AG of New York. (the same appalling person harassing the NRA).
