A one-minute video of psychologist Jordan Peterson answering leftists who claim that real communism has never been tried.
There is no example of Real Communism was ever achieved anywhere. Tyrants do not give up power, ever!
Communism doesn’t exist in either place.
Because we keep electing Assistant Democrats, not real Republicans, TransRepublicans.
Here's an FR thread about Jordan Peterson dissecting the Communist Manifesto:
They are split 15%, 15%, and 70%.
The 2/3 who just collect their fat paychecks and talk to constituents sicken me. They need to be out giving talks about freedom and liberty all the time.
300 million as a low end total dead killed by Communism- puts the lie to this simplistic “re-load” Commie argument. Idiotic argument— and you can’t lockdown history, though the techies are trying. The techies are the TROTSKYISTS, with a “capitalist” facade. Tyrants- all of them.
Yes, I divided them into groups, not thirds.
If I had thought to assign percentages, I would have chosen your numbers nearly exactly.

I love how you can just FEEL the man’s sheer exasperation that he lives in a world where stupid and ignorant people really say that and mean it.
“ReAL cOmMuNiSm hAs NeVeR bEeN tRiEd!”
^^^ THAT ^^^
Thanks. I missed that one. Looks excellent. Something good to watch tonight.
it is completely absurd that any adherence to Communist ideology or iconography is acceptable in polite company. Wearing a Che t-shirt should be viewed in the same light as wearing a Swastika. That it is not by much of our Left says much about them, none of it good.
No doubt in my mind.
Well, maybe all those who are so delusional as to think that Communism is anything more than stupid should go somewhere outside of the US and try it, the ‘right’ way. Keep a log, and let us all know how it works out.
Yep.
Useful
I was doing a family thing on vacation, and we were getting ready to go out to eat, and my nephew who was probably 16 comes down wearing a Che Guevara t-shirt.
I walked over to him and said: “Do you know who that guy is on your t-shirt?”
He said “Yeah...he is some kind of revolutionary guy.”
I responded “Do you know what his job was?”
When he answered that he didn’t, I said “His job was to murder the families of people who politically disagreed with Fidel Castro. He was the hatchet man, and murdered families, men, women and children.”
He mumbled “I thought it was just a cool shirt.”
I wasn’t mean or aggressive with him. I have never viewed this kid as bad or evil, he was just a stupid kid doing what stupid kids have done as long as there are stupid kids.
But his complete ignorance astonished me. Especially with something like that.
And, as you said, his face on a t-shirt should be no different than Hitler’s visage on a t-shirt. You are absolutely spot on in your pointing that out...in that it says volumes about the Left and who they worship, and none of it good.

This seems to be from some years ago.
Still right on, though.
My response is that REAL capitalism has never been tried either, yet it works. The true test of a theory of government isn’t whether it can work when implemented perfectly but whether it can work when implemented imperfectly, as will always be the case in the real world. Capitalism is like a weed that thrives if you give it half a chance. It is highly robust. Communism is like a hothouse flower that fails every time it comes into contact with reality.
I happened to be wearing this:
When my meal came out, I walked by their table (they were still in the menu contemplation phase, so I wasn't interrupting much), and said something like "You have your t-shirt, I have mine, our side won."
The couple was dying laughing, 3rd wheel was a deer in the headlights, I said "Have a great evening!" waved and headed for home.
At this point, I'm not so sure. We live in interesting times.
I am waiting to see what happens when I wear this t-shirt I purchased recently:
I agree.
