He could not intervene over the will of the states. They were baiting him to do so in order to set him up for a 'visit' from the UN ("Halp! Halp! Trump-the-dictator-is-violating-states-rights!")
All the while, President Trump called for the public to voice their opposition but the nation has been abused by it's fraudelently elected 'leaders' (e.g., Obama) for so long, it had a hard time responding (still does). Years of seeing their votes and will ignored has not been good for civic activism, but it is what will change everything. We DO OUTNUMBER our oppressors.
He gave control of the economy to the very doctors who developed and leaked the communist China virus.
He didn't give it - he can't order governors to do as he wished. He can't call the public to revolt against the governors (that would be insurrection) but he called the public to it's feet, to be counted. We needed to take the next step but we're still foundering. We have to show up in enough numbers to protest or boycott/strike for the public to realize we outnumber our oppressors.
He didn’t do anything to stop them, to this day he still stands behind the warp speed emergency authorization experimental vaccine that’s injuring and killing people.
He worked within the confines of his role as President. He demonstrated that he did not wear a mask, he took HCQ, he recovered (at his age) from Covid-19. He led, but not enough followed. Fearful maskers stayed home. He couldn't call for insurrection but he stated in many ways that we have to go back to normal lives, open up the economy.
I do believe those who say that the Deep State was threatening to collapse the stock market if he came out (or comes out) strong against the 'vaccines'.
Note they raving when he advocated for HCQ? Pelosi: "President Trump is MURDERING Americans!" That's another call to the international community, and the malevolent UN, to coordinate efforts to remove him. They claimed he advocated that people drink bleach and they used 24/7 MSM and international allies to portray him as disconnected, psychotic.
This battle is conducted on multiple fronts. The president doesn't get to just 'do' or 'say' whatever he wants without incurring losses.
The Covid-19 biowarfare effort is not just China but is coordinated by international enemies and those within our country. Recall how panicked the public was. He had to balance many factors and having them collapse the stock market, or worse, would tip the balance in the wrong direction.
He waited weeks for the certification deadlines in November but the electors did nothing to stop illegal votes. He waited for the Supreme Court to stop the illegal election. They did nothing. He waited for vice president Pence to do something about the stolen election. Pence did nothing. Trump waited for the department of justice to do something. They did nothing.
He followed the law. If we start down the path of overthrow of legal processes for the 'right reasons' (2020 elections), then we set a precedent that the Deep State would use to overthrow our government in the future by claiming to 'protect us'. Had Trump not been the brilliant communicator and tactician he is, the MSM/CIA/DEMS would have convicted him of the Russia Hoax and many other 'crimes' and thrown him out of office.
The left kept setting President Trump up for UN intervention. The UN is the 'nice face' of international coup. It pretends to rush to 'help' a country with 'peacekeepers' while in fact it fortifies the coup strategy.
The George Floyd riots were just one of those efforts, with the UN almost deciding to 'intervene' in the US to 'help' protect black Americans from the violent racisim purportedly 'supported' by President Trump.
Ultimately, the President serves at the will of the people and these multiple, endless attacks are meant to exhaust the public into accepting the ouster of President Trump.
It's not that PResident Trump did nothing. It's that he would not take the bait offered and fought them all at the same time they created crises after crises. He took the best path - it's just one of the least popular paths.
The day Congress was about to do something about the stolen election Trump did nothing to warn people that Antifa might show up to his “wild protest.”
He didn't know what Pelosi/Pence had arranged to happen that day. When it started to unfold he sent the public home, and that destroyed the plans the DEEP STATE had for a Jan 6 massacre:

He waited to call Marshall law and have the military host a revote. The military did nothing.
Look back at the series photos in Dan Scavino's Twitter around that time. President Trump is shown contemplating a picture of Abraham Lincoln. The question before him entailed weighing the risks and benefits to arrive at the decision which would result in the least amount of American casualties and the survival of the nation.
The Deep State wants revolution which it would weaponize. The Deep State had been laying the groundwork to weaponize traditional martial law.
Around the decision time, General Flynn said that we needed limited martial law. I believe he was conveying that which was actually happening. Resident Biden does not have full control of the military; if he did we would all have been vaccinated with support from UN troops which happen to be Chinese.
China bought and paid for Biden. They aren't getting their money's worth yet because our military stands in their way.
Trump did nothing to keep the swamp out of his own administration.
70% or more of the administration was corrupt upon his arrival. He had to remove them in a way that would not provoke the civil unrest they sought (remember the organizing to riot if he removed Rosenstein and Mueller?). He had to gently extract strategic members without collapsing the government. No one has ever tried what he actually suceeded in doing. He fought them all while extracting key elements and most importantly, awakening many.
He kept too many Obama holdovers. He didn’t fire nearly enough people.
He is aware that the coup entails the will of the people and that he cannot maintain that will if he does as he wishes, says what he wants, while the MSM/DEMS have indoctrination of so much of the public. Civil war is bloody and he had to work to bring the country together because alienating half of it would serve the deep state's plan to shatter the nation and sweep up the pieces.
Hillary never went to jail.
He didn't give the Dems the ability to say he was doing so as political retailiation after the FBI cleared her before he took office. He would have to fight 70% of teh government and 98% of the MSM and about 100% of social media to try to reach the public and prove his actions were just. The country would once again fracture.
That said, he did clip her wings in various ways and she is still in fear of 'hanging' for her actions with good reason. With 70% corruption when he took office, there was never a chance that he was going to use conventional, public means to drain the swamp.
He does have successes which are stratigic and most importantly, ongoing. It's not over yet. The reason they fear him and are actively trying to destroy him now is because it is not over yet. They know they are not safe.
Half a year later Trump is doing nothing and asking why nobody’s doing anything.
If that were true they would not be attacking him. He no doubt still has hope that Americans will rise to save themselves and is asking, indirectly, why they are allowing themselves to be runover by a lawless government. He can't call for insurrection, but he can ask why no one is doing anything.
God bless the man for supporting Israel, for regulating the government and deregulating the economy, for the trade agreements, for energy independence, for the jobs, for the tax cuts, for the wall, for building defense and shutting down the war machine, for declaring this country would never be a communist country. But my opinion of the man changed on January 20.
Mine has not changed. I was disappointed to realize the battle and the stakes were higher than I had hoped. But he continues to fight - he's in the news and thrashing rhinos and dems. He still controls key elements of the military. He boarded Air Force One with the nuclear football to attend that 'departure ceremony' at Andrews on Jan 20 wherein they played "Hail To The Chief' for a reason.
He walked away from a race that he won, we won.
After analysis he chose not to risk America with Civil War II and instead enacted limited martial law, with the military in possession of the nuke football. The battle is still for the will of the people. We The People did not sufficiently withdraw our cooperation from an illigitimate Resident Biden. But it's not over yet.
The reason President Trump and others say that we can't let 2020 election stand is because he and other patriots not going to let it stand. He's going to show the public (AZ, GA etc.) so that we support and stand to expose the election fraud and halt the slide of America into banana republic status. His path avoids Civil War II.
Communist America is here now and only time will tell if it’s here forever. But there is no remote control elected representation anymore. We only control what we have direct influence over, face-to-face.
Actually, the ball is in our court. Passive and active means of resistance and demands for truth. We have to be strategic because wherever MAGA gathers, so too will CIA/FBI coup specialists to portray us as violent extremists. Prayer -it's what established America and what preserves it. If America 'gives up on God' He will cease to uphold America.
Desperate times are the times for angels and miracles. We have to call on Jesus Christ and his angels to work with us and for us. We have to secure our houses, prep train and network our families friends and neighbors, grow our own food, hunt our own meat, and get incredibly assertive in our local political community.
We have to step up. We have to recover our capacity to demand our government serve the will of the people. We have to show them 'who is boss.'
The top of this country is gone. It has to be rebuilt from the ground up.'
While many in the DOJ were fired or 'resigned' under duress, there are still too many in our government who are corrupt. China's puppet pretends to be president. But President Trump and other patriots are working toward stopping the 2020 steal and setting us back on track. We really need to be, as you say, aggressive in our local participation.
General Flynn made that point as well when he encouraged us to become active locally. I believe local activities are harder for the deep state to infiltrate and portray as violent threats. I also believe Flynn focused on local activism to help us rebuild given the first thing citizens need to do so is realize we are not alone, we outnumber our oppressors, and we need to show them we know that.
