A weeklong manhunt for a suspect wanted in the killings of four people ended without another shot fired Monday morning as hundreds of officers surrounded him in South Carolina, authorities said.
Neither Tyler Terry nor the more than 300 officers searching for him were hurt during his arrest, the Chester County Sheriff’s Office posted on Twitter. The manhunt finally ended after at least three confirmed sightings of Terry since he ran from a wrecked car after firing on Chester County deputies on May 17.
Deputies released photos of Terry's arrest showing an officer giving him a bottle of sports drink as he sat on a pickup tailgate with his hands cuffed behind him. Terry was wearing dirty pants, socks with no shoes and a T-shirt ripped nearly in half.

Tyler Terry and Adrienne Simpson. Simpson's husband was one of the murder victims.

No, just how often you see in the news white women being beaten by black men they’re in a relationship with.
I doubt that anyone has done a study examining that and if they did, and the results were not what they wanted, you would never see it published.

In an examination of violence within monoracial and interracial couples, Fusco (2010) utilized police-substantiated reports of IPV to analyze event and household characteristics. She found that rates of bidirectional IPV were higher among interracial couples compared to both racial minority and White couples. Interracial couples represented as many as 17.9% of substantiated events, and these couples were 1.5 times more likely to mutually assault each other than ethnic minority couples, and twice as likely as White couples to experience a mutual assault. Interracial couples were also more likely than their monoracial counterparts to report an arrest, prior abuse, and a victim injury as a result of the current event. My thoughts about this are that such marital strife likely has far more to do with education and learned virtues (or the lack thereof) than skin color. :-/

And which racial group ON AVERAGE has the lowest education and “virtues”? (”on average” is a very important qualifier).
The mistake that most people make when they think of our race problems is that it is just about skin color. It’s absolutely not about that. It’s about what skin color (actually race more than skin color) is highly CORROLATED with. And sadly blacks as a race have on AVERAGE a significantly lower IQ and more behavioral problems than whites or Asians.
If blacks on AVERAGE had similar IQ and behavior as the other races there would be no racial discrimination.
That doesn’t mean there aren’t smart, well behaved blacks or dumb criminal whites, but the distribution (bell curve) for whatever reason is skewed in favor of whites and Asians.
That’s a very tragic reality, but a reality nonetheless and the source of all our racial strife. And until we accept that and deal with it, our racial problems are only going to get worse.

Investigators didn’t think Terry was getting help from anyone but broke into vehicles — or possibly barns and sheds — and lived off the land. He managed to steal a gun, water, shirt and shoes from an unlocked work truck last week, authorities said.
I believe that God sees this quite differently..and HIS thoughts are waaaaay above ours. :-)
And the actual root of any such problems is spiritual...more than anything else.
IIRC the Army back in WWII days did a study which showed that black IQs were on average lower than for whites but it also showed that average IQs for northern blacks were higher than for southern whites.
