Because this g also differ from planet to planet like it is 9.8 on Earth so if we have 10 then our weight will 98 kg.

The person who wrote this has zero understanding of units.

"kg" is NOT a unit of weight; it is a unit of mass.

I have a mass of 100 kg, and (on Earth) a weight of 981 Newtons.

A pound is (in the Old English measurement system) a unit of mass - not weight. The corresponding unit of weight is the pound-force.
