Yes, even possums! :) I read from a freeper a couple months ago on our NC state thread that he sometimes feeds the possums by putting out some dry dog food in the evening. :) Have you fed your "friendly" :) and "beautiful" neighborhood possum(s) today/lately?

Yeah...’they’ think so too. They just look and me and blink when I run out the door with broom in hand. I get w/i a foot and they saunter under the deck; 5 seconds later though, their little heads pop out to stare at me. The little masked bandits are unafraid of my rantings. I’m just sure that this new baffle is going to work though!

It’s snake season. Our cats love bringing them in the house to show me. I’m not pleased. They (the snakes, not the cats) get halved and disposed of.

I’m guilty. Not only do I put out all food that would otherwise be thrown away, both possums AND raccoons come to eat at my back patio, right off the porch. I consider it “recycling.” Nothing goes to waste around here.
