USAF taunting the FBI again.
Wouldn’t be the first time, but seems to me they would likely be pleased to have some first-world partner/assets to draw on. Especially for high-performance aviation tech.
Here I thought we spent billions on a “virtual” fence, but apparently, that does not include signal jammers above the border. I saw a chair fitted with 4 drones carrying a person on a video the other day. Coming soon to a border wall near you. Also, as someone else said, I can see this being the new way to smuggle drugs in.

No commercially available drone has this capability, particularly in endurance and altitude and speed. It they were at 14000 feet they were on oxygen or in a pressurized craft of high performance and the drone kept up with them? Totally ridiculous.
