Being capable is not being self-sufficient. Self sufficient means not having a sense of needing God and believing that you don’t need prayer or humility.
God says He hates self sufficiency.

You learned the teachings. You are the one who gained the experience making “widgets”. You learned and applied the technoical knowledge to craft precision “widgets”.
