Well, that is interesting. While we strongly disagree on the vaccine (errors and all) we also strongly agree on the exercise!
In 2014 I was struck with a rare form of blood cancer at age 69 which had a 50% five-year survival rate. That disease also took out my kidneys. I spent three years on dialysis and then came off of dialysis without a transplant at age 73 (which was four years ago). I credit a vigorous daily exercise regimen, a calorie-restricted diet (1000 calories a day), and a no-meat/no processed foods diet in allowing me to be as healthy and active as I have ever been in my life.
I also give credit to a God above who helped me along the way with knowledge and blessings.
I fully understand the value of exercise and spend an hour every day working at it.
I also did not and will not take a COVID vaccine. While I restricted my travel somewhat for a few of the highest drama months, I now travel on a frequent basis and have been since the early fall of last year. All of my travel is by air. So, I don’t live like a hermit.
I don’t buy the media and government propaganda for one minute about the vaccine. I am living proof you don’t need a vaccine if you take care of yourself. In fact, I firmly believe there are unknowns about a vaccine that was developed in six months, that normally takes years, and uses a technique (mRNA) that has never been used on this scale in the past. Unknowns that may not show up for years.
Feel free to take as many shots as you wish. But you sure don’t have a monopoly on adversity and age.

The vaccine is either harmless, or deadly or something in between. NO ONE KNOWS.
Good part is it is VOLUNTARY.
While income taxes are NOT voluntary and cause a big dent in my freedoms.
I wish FReepers would spend more time railing against the onerous taxation instead of the STRICTLY VOLUNTARY covid vaccine.
