Translated: Sweats and an athletic jersey, both prohibited by the restaurant’s dress code. Undoubtedly there is a Popeye’s nearby where he would fit right in.
Based on some of the Yelp reviews from 2018 and 2019, I would not want to visit this restaurant. The sense I get is that it is overpriced, has hit or miss service and food and beverage quality, and has snooty management with standards inconsistently applied/enforced.
But was he wearing a necktie??
