I don’t know why you are so hung up on one thing....Regardless of what COVID strain was used as a base, I believe it was BIOENGINEERED...as do many!

As I said they could have used SARS. I believe much was added to whatever virus was the base...and I (and my other family members who all have advanced degrees in science or healthcare) don’t think it originated in a bat cave 1,000 miles from Wuhan or that it jumped from bats to a Pangolin that bit someone or someone ate in Wuhan wet market.

I do believe they likely did use some existing Coronavirus for which genetically modified the spike proteins...However, I am not an expert and have never claimed to be.
