I am very sorry you lost your friend but my basic point that everything is risky and you have to accept that is still true.
You say she would have survived SARS‑CoV‑2 and that might be true or it might not be. I survived it so well I was not even aware I had it until I was being tested and they found the antibodies swarming in my blood. And I should have been very ill with my co-morbidities according to conventional wisdom.
Now was she educated as to the risks involved in the vaccine and the risks from the virus and so made a fully informed choice? Maybe not. Very possibly not.
But life is still risk and every move you make carries risk with it. We do not think about it too much because that carries with it the risk of becoming frozen and unable to do anything. And that is 100% lethal every single time.
