This is our first that is not a Treeing Walker Coon Hound or a Plott Hound.

She did very well overnight, considering it was her first night alone, coming from a litter of 12 pups.

Our nearest neighbor raises Blue Heeler pups and gets big money for them. They are gorgeous dogs, and just excellent help for their horse ranch. I love having them as neighbors, especially this time of year when all the foals are being born.

Rain this morning, but now a break. Thunder-boomers this afternoon. Beau is hitting it hard with the weed whacker - my HERO! Inside stuff, today. No way I'll be able to get the rest of the mowing done as it's too wet. I get nervous about flying off the retaining wall. That would NOT be 'A Good Thing, Martha!'
