I’m not seeing the problem except from Indian recruiting scammers.
It used to be that job postings provided pay ranges. They decided to get away from that when Indian firms illegally were recruiting directly for cheap Indians.
Colorado law requires posting the salary range to prevent the illegal recruitment of illegal cheap foreign labor.
Denver & Colorado Springs on Colorado’s front range are some of the hottest real estate markets in the U.S.. I live in western Colorado 240 miles west of Denver … home valuations where I live are going off the charts … reason ... front range types are selling their homes at a premium & moving to our area. Sort of the domino effect … nice, but conservative western Colorado is not happy that front range Boulder liberals are contaminating our region. Not to mention Californians that have crapped all over their nest and are now moving on to areas they can desecrate.

Boulder people aren’t many of the ones moving to far western Colorado. They like it there. Good people are moving west though, to escape the Front Range insanity. We left in 2009. We’re your neighbors, given your description.

I live in Colorado springs and i left another lefty area to get away from those sorts of people. COS is way to crowded now. Trying to leave for Rural Texas.
