It was reported by ABC news that the mask mandate was dropped by the CDC on May 14th, a little over a week ago. That means that the use of a mask for the halting of the spread of the virus is no longer needed.
So by violating the executive order, Pelosi is using tactics to misrepresent unanimous consent and force the house to open without representation of states for those following it.
This could easily be considered an act of treason as defined as the action of betraying someone or something. i.e. states of the union by attacking a state authority to which one owes allegiance.
