By your logic, people shouldn’t be able to vote in a run-off election if they voted in the initial election.
The huge advantage, is that RINOs won’t poison the conservative vote by splitting it.
The huge disadvantage is, unless the Republican blows the doors of the democrat....the RAT always wins.
