Then, as I was wandering through the halls of YOUTUBE I found many countries have had epic storms/floods/tornados recently. MANY countries. It looks Biblical. Here's two examles:

I have been in a hailstorm of that nature in New England in the 80s
We had hail like that about 8 or 9 years ago. The stones measured at 3”. It was amazing to watch from our covered front porch. The final insurance toll.... 2 cars totaled out and 2 new roofs! We were thrilled to have insurance replace the roofs as they were both 25 years old and in need of replacing soon anyway.

New roof coming. New gutters. Fence to get new coat of stain. New solar screens (fortunately didn't break any windows). New shed.
Everyone who had a car parked outside in our area needs a new windshield. Insurance companies totaled a number of cars.
