Often, these are the members of the tribe who, in a natural world, would have been cast out for non-contribution, as a way of ensuring the tribe's survival.
Instead, in the modern world, they are allowed to thrive and even lead. I have thought this for some time. Modern society has thwarted natural selection. Many people could nor survive by their own initiative. Now they are subsidized and allowed to breed.
