I have delved into polling a bit, especially after being on Zogby’s poll list for at least a couple of years, I am very VERY skeptical about polls. Almost all are psychological trickery to one degree or another. Rasmussen is generally more honest than most; and Pew research polls especially if non-political seem better as well.
So I clicked the link to read the details of this poll, a link was in the Breitbart article. The organization has been doing this poll for only 2 years; this is the second poll they have done. I looked for internals - there are not cited, other than number of adults questioned - 2000.
No internals such as:
1. How many of each age group
2. Race
3. Sex
4. Residence or location
5. Political party
6. Voter or not
7. Education level
8. Exact questions asked.
I do not believe this poll. I saw a Pew Reserach poll about 1 or 1 1/2 years ago (maybe 2, time flies) that gave all the internals, and the number of atheists including agnostics total was either 11 or 9%. About 86 or 87% believe that God exists or think He likely exists. The majority of Americans pray.
If I can find that poll, I will post it.
I think this college either doesn’t know how to do proper polls, or has some reason to try to do a bogus poll.

This does not match at all the Pew research polll about belief in God. This is, in my view, way way off.
Whatever the case (and I tend to also be skeptical of polls), I found it interesting that up till yesterday I had never even heard of a “Builder” generation before, and now it shows up in a FreeQ post!
Last evening, my husband and I were both on our computers, and he said to me, “Guess what? It turns out I’m not a Boomer, after all - I’m a ‘Builder’, according to this list I’m looking at!” That was news to him as well, and he’d never heard that designation before, either. Strange coincidence. I always thought the only one before Boomers was “the Greatest generation”.
I hope you’re right about that poll.
Very blue today. A six year old was murdered on the freeway in SoCal today. His mom had been in a road rage incident of some sort and the other car pulled alongside her and shot her little son. The divide between those who respect life and those who don’t is huge.
Women are stomping other women’s heads on the street in public…over masks! Babies are being stolen from their beds and killed. One city alone has a trafficking ring abusing 150 youngsters.
And the derps just keep on derping. They are everywhere.
