Whatever the case (and I tend to also be skeptical of polls), I found it interesting that up till yesterday I had never even heard of a “Builder” generation before, and now it shows up in a FreeQ post!
Last evening, my husband and I were both on our computers, and he said to me, “Guess what? It turns out I’m not a Boomer, after all - I’m a ‘Builder’, according to this list I’m looking at!” That was news to him as well, and he’d never heard that designation before, either. Strange coincidence. I always thought the only one before Boomers was “the Greatest generation”.
Perhaps their being called The Greatest Generation was crushing the souls of our fragile millennials.
The poll people made up the Builder thing, you can doulbe check the link to Breitbart as it has a link to the poll info.
I don’t trust that poll whatsoever.
I remember when I was a lot younger, the WWII vets ( greatest generation ) - had the label of builders and joiners.
there’s the silent generation - twixt the greatest and the boomers... 1928-1945-ish.
