Yes, if required to be vaccinated in order to start a new job by all means quote the Nuremburg Code and claim that it violates HIPAA and ADA when, in fact, it does neither. Your potential future employer will no doubt listen carefully, tell you that they’ll get back to you, and find someone else for the job.

Simply isn’t correct. The Nuremburg Code isn’t legally enforceable in the USA.
