What is with the ridiculously sized bed? 5.5 feet? My now dead 1983 base toyota truck had a 7 foot bed. Where are the mid or fullsize trucks that can carry a 4x8 foot wood or drywall panel flat?
No don’t look into it. I just read an article on Jalopnik.
It might be able to tow 10,000 pounds. But for how many miles? 50? 100?
Ford refuses to answer. Tests have been done on Teslas towing 4000 pounds. It decreases the range buy up to 40%.
If this truck can only go 300 miles without towing a thing, can you imagine how many miles you might get even towing 7000 pounds?
You likely couldn’t even get out of town.
Please multiply 200a X 220v. Then get back to me.
You HAD one, as in past tense?
What did you do with it?
I keep things that I like for a long time. You must not have kept it.
Also, do you live in a place where January mornings may be 24 degrees below zero? How far does the battery take you then? 40 miles?
Please answer my questions then get back to me.
You can get a F-150 with an eight foot bed.
Nice city truck, but how well will it work in the real world of farmers, ranchers and contractors who rely on their pickups? How long will the charge last at -10 degrees hauling 500# of feed back to the ranch in deep snow driving 30 miles each way?
Or run out of juice on the Jersey Turnpike in Newark....
200a X 220v = 44,000w. The transformer is 12,500w. 200a is NOT possible. Why is that? If you are an electrician then you are a hack and not a good one...
